Gluten Free Potato Garlic Soup
I couldn’t always cook well. Just last year I was still burning a lot of our meals. But struggling to adapt favorite recipes to be gluten free and getting tired of said burnt meals has made me slow down and think about the textures, colors and flavors of everything.
Now I love cooking. Every week or so I try a new recipe and usually we love it. Not everything is perfect. I still firmly believe that one should experiment and stray from exactly one cup of milk, or to add a different cheese. Our favorite recipes are constantly changing because of happy accidents, or because I forgot something. So like I tell everyone, even if something isn’t in the ingredients list, if you want it, add it. It’s your food.
